Visit the WA Super team at the Mother’s Day Classic at Supreme Court Gardens, Perth on Sunday May 12^th 2019 for your chance to win $3,000 towards a financial plan from WA Super.

*Competition terms and conditions

1. The promoter is: WA Local Government Superannuation Plan Pty Ltd ABN 64 066 797 162, as Trustee of WA Local Government Superannuation Plan trading as WA Super ABN 18 159 499 614 RSE L0001137 AFSL 269006. 

2. All Financial Planners are employed by WA Local Financial Services Pty Ltd trading as Western Financial ABN 61 118 657 819 and are Authorised Representatives of Quadrant First Pty Ltd ABN 78 102 167 877 AFSL 284443.  Western Financial is wholly owned by WA Local Government Superannuation Plan.

3. Employees of WA Super, Western Financial or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the competition or helping to set up the competition shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

4. To enter: Visit the WA Super booth at the Supreme Court Gardens and complete the survey and fill in your details to enter the competition.

5. Closing date for entry will be 9pm WST on Sunday 12 May 2019. After this date the no further entries to the competition will be permitted.

6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

7. The prize for the winner is as follows: $3,000 towards a financial plan by a certified financial planner employed by Western Financial. The total value of the prize is $3,000.

8. A financial plan by a certified financial planner employed by Western Financial price ranges from $3,850 to a maximum of $10,000 depending on your personal circumstances.

9. The prize is to be redeemed within 12 months from the date the winner is notified.

10. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice for any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

11. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.

12. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

13. Winners will be chosen at random.

14. The winner will be notified by email and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

15. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize can be redeemed.

16. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

17. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material without remuneration for an unlimited period for the purpose of promoting this competition or any products supplied by the promoter. 

18. The promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the competition. Personal information will be collected, used and disclosed in accordance with the promoter's privacy statement which can be found at www.wasuper.com.au/privacy. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party other than in accordance with the promoter's privacy statement and these terms and conditions.

19. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
